I launched Summiteers, an original program built on true stories, meant to help teams deal address their most frequent issue at work: the lack of leadership – hence a poor engagement, cooperation and lack of motivation.
The program kicked off with the biggest rescue operation in the history of the Himalayas (Mt. Annapurna, 2008). Here is the case study.
