2013 – Present

  • Self-supported: She builds projects for teams, in education, journalism, and Himalayan storytelling;
  • Instructor at the Faculty of Journalism and Communications Sciences (FJSC), the University of Bucharest;
  • Consultant within the Romanian Government (2016). Provided ideas, strategy, content, and tools;
  • Co-authored SUMMITEERS,  a learning program for teams based on true stories.
  • She teaches concentrated science and tricks in journalism and mass-communications (creative workshops for those who want to cope with the fake in the media – and much more).

2010 – 2012

  • Head of Corporate Communications, TVR (Romania’s public television);
  • Kicked off several projects – PR, CSR, Internal Communications – which were firsts in the history of Romanian public television;
  • Oversaw dozens of crisis situations;
  • Attended a program for strategic business planning and management, iPlan. iPlan’s main tool – Markstrat – is used by most of the Fortune Top 500 companies and by several international top business schools;


  • Part of a German mountain climbing expedition to Himalaya, Nepal, on Chulu Far East Mt., North of Annapurna range. She reached an altitude of 19,680 feet (~6,000 m);
  • Jury member, Superscrieri journalism competition;
  • Kicked off Business in Jeans (BiJ), inspired by the philosophy of traditional mountaineers. BiJ is not a company; it is a theory that acts as a guiding principle for behavior. In short, this is about doing memorable things while protecting the natural environment. Jeans signify freedom of thinking and action, and a young spirit – in business and more.


  • Research trip to BBC‘s headquarters, London, UK;
  • Attended “Network and Learn” seminar on Corporate Communication in Geneva, Switzerland, hosted by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU);
  • Worked with the board of Romanian Business Leaders Foundation to organize its first event;


  • Created and put into practice the first integrated multimedia project in the Romanian print industry*. The project turned a profit during very difficult financial times for the print industry;
