  • Self-employed, building projects in fields related to leadership, sports management and education
  • Instructor at the Faculty of Journalism and Communications Sciences (FJSC), University of Bucharest (since 2014)
  • Consultant within the Romanian Government, headed by Dacian Cioloș (summer of 2016). Provided communication ideas, strategy, content and tools.

2010 – 2012

  • Head of the public TV broadcaster’s Corporate Communications
  • Built several projects – PR, CSR, Internal Communications – which were firsts in the history of Romanian public television
  • Oversaw dozens of crisis situations
  • Attended a program for strategic business planning and management, iPlan. iPlan’s main tool – Markstrat – is used by most of the Fortune Top 500 companies and by several international top business schools

2012

  • Part of a German mountain climbing expedition to Himalaya, Nepal, on Chulu Far East Mt., North of Annapurna range. I reached an altitude of 19,680 feet (~6,000 m), without using artificial oxygen
  • Jury member, Superscrieri journalism competition
  • Kicked off Business in Jeans (BiJ), inspired by the philosophy of traditional mountaineers. BiJ is not a company; it is a theory that acts as a guiding principle for behaviour. In short, this is about doing memorable things while protecting the natural environment. Jeans signify mobility, a sports attitude and young spirit – in business and more.

2011

  • Research trip to BBC, London, UK
  • Attended „Network and Learn” seminar on Corporate Communication in Geneva, Switzerland, hosted by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU)
  • Worked with the board of Romanian Business Leaders Foundation to organize the first summit of the RBL community. We still do project-based work together

2010

  • Created and put into practice the first integrated multimedia project in the Romanian print industry*. The project turned a profit during very difficult financial times for the print industry.
