I dig into true stories and turn them into learning experiences for teams and their leaders
I build projects from scratch for teams (leadership), education, journalism and Himalayan storytelling.
I work with students as an instructor and mentor and with decision makers as an adviser.
Trained as a journalist. Reinvented as a CREATIVE DOER and CRITICAL THINKER.
CREATIVE DOER: Journalism, education, mass-media, leadership, and mountaineering are my fields of interests and development.
CRITICAL THINKER: I explore ideas and build projects for students and young professionals in the media and advertising industry, as well as for decision makers and their teams. Guess What! (workshops) and Summiteers (a program for teams) are such projects.
WHERE IDEAS COME FROM: Traditional mountaineering. It’s not just a hobby. It’s a source of inspiration in dealing with innovation, strategy, teamwork, crisis management, decisions, ethics, fair competition and value-driven actions.
MY PHILOSOPHY: Do memorable things while protecting the natural environment. Less is more. Think bigger.
